OWX sees it as our responsibility to set examples and help establish the standards for privacy on the Internet. OWX will ask the user to provide some personal information during registration. OWX intends through the use of such information in good faith to deliver better services. OWX is dedicated to protecting the privacy rights of its online users (“users” or “user”). This Online Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) has been crafted to inform users as to the ways OWX collects, stores, uses, and manages the information users provide during the use of an OWX game or application (“Service”). Please note that the scope of this Privacy Policy is only applicable to information collected from OWX through the use of the Service. OWX gathers two types of information about users:

(1) Non-personally identifiable information: When user download or install to OWX’s application, OWX collect and aggregate information indicating, among other things, which application were downloaded or installed, which platform were download or install from. Collecting such information involves the logging of IP addresses, operating system and brOWXer software, platform etc. used by each user. Although such information is not personally identifiable, OWX can determine from the IP address a visitor's Internet Service Provider and the geographic location of his or her point of connectivity. The non-personally identifiable information OWX collect helps OWX identify the most popular areas of applications and determine the effectiveness of our promotional activities. In addition, OWX may disclose some of this information to advertisers to inform them of the number of people who have seen and/or clicked through their advertisements. (2) Personally identifiable information: In certain areas of the OWX application -for example, while registering for the game service a user may be asked to provide his/her full name, nick name, province, gender, hobbies, age and interests etc.

OWX collects this personal information primarily to make using the OWX applications easier and more satisfying for its users. The goal of OWX is to provide all users with an exciting, entertaining, online experience.

All users should be aware that, when they disclose personally identifiable information in a bulletin board or other forum, the information may be collected and used by others to send that person unsolicited email from other parties outside OWX. OWX will not disclose your personally identifiable information except:

Information Collecting during Co-operation with Third Parties The information that a user shares with OWX is collected, stored, and handled carefully by OWX. However, OWX may share such information during co-operation with third parties to offer some of its services in conjunction with such third parties. Through good co-operation or even alliance with other reputable organizations of goodwill, OWX has been dedicated to providing the best internet service to its users. Minors' Information and Its Use OWX suggests that minors shall not access internet without prior written consent of their parents or other legal guardians. Online Conduct

Any communications or materials you transmit to OWX by email or otherwise, including but not limited to data, questions, feedback, comments, ideas, images, writings, music, sounds, audiovisual effects, artwork, design elements, graphics, suggestions , Unless otherwise stated in the Privacy Policy, concepts, biographical information, notes or chats or message postings will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary.

You acknowledge and agree that your communications with other users through any communication channel within the App are public and not private. You acknowledge that the personal information you communicate in the App may be seen and used by others and lead to unsolicited communications, so we strongly recommend that you do not disclose any personal information about yourself in the App's public communications. You are solely responsible for these communications and their legality in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Company is not responsible for the information you choose to communicate with other users on the App or the actions of other users.

In addition, you agree not to engage in any of the following behaviors. If there is any violation, our company has the right to immediately deal with the account of the behavior (including but not limited to banning, account suspension, and deduction of illegal props) and require the account owner to make apologize publicly and compensate us for the actual losses caused:

(a) Post, transmit, advertise or distribute illegal content.

(e) Attempt to obtain user IDs, passwords or other user information or any other private information from users. Company employees will never ask you for a password. Do not reveal your password, secret answer to anyone.

(f) Upload any content that you do not own or have the right to distribute freely.

(g) Engage in or facilitate or encourage any illegal or fraudulent activity, including hacking, cracking or distributing counterfeit software, or identity theft.

(h) Inappropriate use of the Game Support or Complaint buttons or making false reports to the Company.

(i) Do anything that interferes with the ability of other users to enjoy the Game and use the Application or significantly increase the cost or difficulty of Company maintaining the Application for the enjoyment of all its users.

(j) Host, provide or develop game matching services, or in any way intercept, mimic or redirect communications protocols used by the Company or its licensors.

(k) Interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Application, or connect to or use the Application in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms of Service.

(l) Do anything that contributes to a violation of any applicable law, rule or regulation.

Cookies

A cookie is a small data file that OWX transfers to users’ mobile phone or tablet’s hard disk, generally to quickly identify a user’s mobile phone or tablet and to “remember” things about the user’s visit, such as the user’s preferences or a user’s name and password. The Service sends cookies to users’ mobile phone or tablet when users access or view content of a OWX application. Information contained in a cookie may be linked to users’ personal information for purposes such as improving the quality of our service, tailoring recommendations to users’ interests, and making the Service easier to use. Users can disable cookies at any time, although users may not be able to access or use features of the Service.

Provision of Information

OWX users always have a choice whether or not to disclose information. Certain information is required for registration of OWX’s services, but most other requested information is optional. It is a top priority at OWX to make its user feel comfortable and in control.

OWX offers its users numerous online interactive activities. To facilitate participation of the user in interactive activities and issue of prizes from such activities, OWX usually requires the applicant to fill out forms pertaining to his/her personal interests in addition to contact information (i.e. mailing address and phone number). This information is used by OWX to compile aggregate data on its users. If the user does not want to supply the requested information and partake in the interactive activities, it is completely at the user's discretion.

The OWX application contains links to some other application/website. OWX is not responsible for the content or the privacy policy or practices of any other application /web site or for the actions of the companies responsible for those application/web sites. Please review the privacy policies of those application/web sites before providing them with any personal information.

Update and Publicity of Information

OWX strongly encourages its users to update and edit their personal information and keep it current. A OWX community user can easily access and correct his/her personal information at any time. Users can edit and delete their personal information at their discretion.

Please keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online through certain channel (for example on message boards, through email, or in chat areas ), that information can be collected and used by others. OWX will take no responsibility whatsoever caused by reasons said above. Since disclosure of personal information through certain channel may lead to disclosure of user’s personal information, OWX reminds users to use caution before such disclosing.
